Anti-Trafficking Fundraiser to Support Madyson’s Mission
In just a few weeks, I will be stepping into one of the most important seasons of my life— a time of serving, learning, and loving in a community in need of support and hope.
Human trafficking is a multi-billion dollar industry where children, women and men are exploited and oppressed.
Today, there are 49.6 million people in modern slavery worldwide, 12 million of them are children.
54% of those trapped in trafficking are women and girls.
In 2022, alone, there were 88 million child sexual abuse material files distributed and reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
And according to the U.S. Department of State, “Online sexual exploitation of children, including child sex trafficking, remains a complex and growing threat”.
Psalms 82:2-4 says, “How long will you defend the unjust and show partiality to the wicked? Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
The time to serve the defenseless, bring hope to the lost, and care for the oppressed is— now.
In one month, I will be leaving for missionary work in Europe, serving a non-profit organization with various facilities built for survivors of trafficking across 9 nations.
In this work, I’ll be serving vulnerable communities through outreach, discipleship, and anti-trafficking efforts. My work will include supporting survivors, mentoring young people and women, and partnering with local churches to bring hope and healing. In addition, I’ll also be mentored in developing trauma-informed care—equipping me to walk with survivors of exploitation and abuse with greater compassion and wisdom.
This mission is about being present, serving practically, and sharing the love of Christ where it’s needed most.
For this mission, I am fundraising $3,000 to serve in Europe for 4 months and I’m inviting you to be part of the story.
This is not a vacation. This is a mission—one focused on outreach, restoration, and supporting communities vulnerable to human trafficking.
My heart has always burned for justice, healing, and transformation. This journey is about stepping into real places with real people—offering compassion, practical help, and hope.
As someone who has personally experienced the brokenness of sexual exploitation and abuse, I feel deeply called to go, serve, and be part of the solution.
This trip is more than just an opportunity—it's a calling.
